What can I say? I'm a freelance photographer and entrepreneur. From the simple to the sublime, I find inspiration in everything, from my travels around the world to my own backyard. People, places, nature and all things – it’s hard to narrow it down – I photograph just about everything!

My fascination for photography began as a hobby and developed further as I worked closely with professional and commercial photographers during my years in corporate marketing. In 2002, my husband and I established HLWatkins, LLC, a multi-discipline company that relies on the expertise and diverse talents of each of us. I offer photography, graphic design and marketing communications services.

In February 2019, I began a new venture and now have a photo gallery/studio work space inside the St. Charles County Arts Council, where I show and sell my photographic work and teach photography classes.
